Refund and Returns Policy
Return Policy: We provide a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, with no questions asked. However, please note that this policy does not apply to personalised jewellery, perfumes, candles, coins, utensils, or God idols, except in cases where the product is defective or not as described. Eternity Jweles reserves the right to inspect returned items before processing a refund. If you have purchased our product from a third-party seller, please refer to their return policy for details. Any shipping fees paid during the initial purchase are non-refundable in the event of a return.
Missing Items: If you return multiple items but some of them are not included in the returned package, Eternity Jweles reserves the right to deduct the full value of the missing items from your refund, including promotional items like gifts or bonus items.
Refund Process: Once your return is received at our warehouse, the refund process will be initiated. The amount will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.
Replacements and Exchanges
You may request a replacement or exchange for your items under the same conditions as the return policy. The replacement will be dispatched only after the returned item has been collected or delivered to us.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, you can either use our website or mobile app or contact our Customer Support team, who will assist you through the process. Once you have submitted your return request, please be available for the reverse pickup and respond to calls from our delivery partner. If you are not reachable or unavailable, the delivery partner may cancel the pickup, requiring the process to be restarted, which may delay the return.
In rare cases where your location may only support delivery but not reverse pickups, we may ask you to ship the item back using an alternate courier, such as India Post. We will reimburse you for reasonable return shipping costs, up to Rs. 70. If the return shipping cost exceeds this amount, the excess charges will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Serviceable Areas
If your address falls under a non-serviceable area for reverse pickups, you will need to return the item to our warehouse yourself. In such cases, you will receive a reimbursement of Rs. 70 towards the shipping charges upon refund processing.
Empty Package or Missing Product
In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery. To support your claim, a 360-degree video of the package’s unboxing will be required. Please note that if there is insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the package, your claim may be rejected. Eternity Jweles reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.
